At SIRC’s USA Solar Networks, Dr. Yin will be responsible for all day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing marquee programs such as the newly-created Roofing To Solar campaign, which provides roofing contractors throughout the U.S. the ability to add a solar component to their established sales model. David Massey, Chairman and CEO of SIRC, said, “Philip’s experience in process development, implementation and execution will be an integral facet to facilitate USA Solar Networks continued growth trajectory where revenues could exceed a $70 million annual revenue run rate in the medium-term.”

Massey noted, “He brings over three decades of executive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, where his extensive industry knowledge will be instrumental in accelerating overall operational efficiency and further expediting our road to profitability.”

Dr. Yin has more than 30 years executive management experience in the compound semiconductor industries. At AXT, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXTI), from 2005-2009, he led the company to a 225% increase in revenues. Prior, he served as general manager for North America of AIXTRON, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of MOCVD equipment used in the compound semiconductor industry. From 1999 to 2002, he was president of ATMI Epitaxial Services. He also held executive positions with Mitsubishi Silicon America and Monsanto Electronics Materials. Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. Last week, whether the platform was a taped presentation, an online interview or a live Q&A, the message was the same. SIRC is transitioning to a centrally managed nationwide company as a profitable, one-stop resource, with a family of companies that, together, generate new revenue streams. In a green eco-environment, SIRC is growing fast in solar, roofing, rechargeable battery systems and EV Charging Systems for electric cars.

“We’re at a turning point,” Massey said. He predicted that SIRC’s volume would hit $200 million in its next fiscal year and that it would achieve an up listing in calendar 2022. The priorities are up listing, profitability and generating organic or internally grown additional revenues. After a series of accretive acquisitions this year, SIRC offered the financial community guidance of $100 million or higher corporate sales for its current FY 2022.

SIRC COO Troy Clymer’s presentation at last week’s LD Micro Main Event Investor Conference gave more reasons for the Company’s optimism regarding solar. For example, in California solar installation is mandatory for new homes — and the state is averaging some 80,000 new homes built annually, he said. Roofing and solar dominate SIRC’s volume today.

Again citing California, Clymer said that starting in 2035 new gas car sales within the state are mandated to end. EV Charging Stations, an industry in which SIRC is a participant through its P subsidiary, will then support an industry charging more electric cars in the state.
