Solar Integrated Roofing Corp.’s (OTC PINK: SIRC) subsidiary, USA Solar Networks, announces today (November 9, 2021) it has secured an agreement to build and operate a $36 million ‘Micro-Grid’ project on the Tier-1 Agriculture Operator’s 20,000 acre Mohave Farms, located in a remote location near Kingman, Arizona. The multi-generational operator’s farm produces alfalfa, pecan and dairy. In return, SIRC will receive $420,000+ monthly payments for the 30-year term of the lease. The agreement calls for SIRC to build and maintain the $36 million ‘Micro Grid’ project enabling Mohave Farms to receive more than 45 million kWh of electricity annually from the ‘Micro-Grid’ system. SIRC agrees to provide a 3MW solar project as well as an accompanying battery and integrated propane supply system.

The Company says the proprietary patented generator systems works in unison with the multiple alternative energy solutions. They are enabled through an AI-driven power management system.

Once completed, the system will enable Mohave Farms to operate independent of electric utilities in the remote Arizona location. SIRC will own the system, ensuring Mohave Farms is never without the needed power to operate this facility.
