USA Solar Networks, under CEO Diaz, has created its own full service National Dealer and Contractor Program to offer the firm’s 95+ dealers nationwide support such as supplies, sales and other install services. It notes that the 40+ contractors used for the install services are all vetted and approved by the USA Solar Networks. SIRC has expanded its footprint to 38 states and now has a family of 13 companies. It operates in several green energy sectors, but solar and roofing remain the core of its businesses. It is also in EV Charging Stations, through its subsidiary PLEMco., and rechargeable batteries for solar — it is an authorized installer of Tesla’s (NASDAQ: TSLA) PowerWall battery system.

In August, SIRC announced preliminary and unaudited revenue of some $25 million — a record. It is focused on organic or internally generated sales in the future. It plans to up list first to the OTCQB and, later, to the NASDAQ exchange, according to Dave Massey, chairman and CEO of SIRC.

In both solar and EV Charging Stations, SIRC has a lot riding on the fate of the Infrastructure Bill, now currently being negotiated in Congress. Solar Integrated Roofing Corp.
